After getting connected with our sales executive, they will set up a meeting at the site where the installations of products are required. The sales personnel will discuss in detail the illustrations and drawings to ascertain the actual requirements of design, hardware, finish and glass to be installed. Our executive will thoroughly examine the apertures and will take note of all the measurements required by the design team. Post the interaction, our sales executive will forward the quote generated to the customer and if the customer requires any changes in the layout the same can be discussed and incorporated there and then. In case of any changes a fresh price quote will be sent to the customers. Post the final approval by the customer, we will start the process of designing and fabrication of products that are not only aesthetically appealing but are also partners for life and incorporate the features of durability, comfort and peace of mind.

Installation Practices

Greenline offers installation services for all the designed products and it is our belief that customer satisfaction is of immense importance and we ensure to be with our customers at every step throughout their experience with Greenline uPVC products. All Greenline uPVC windows and doors are installed by well trained and experienced staff so that all gaps between the wall and window are perfectly sealed so that no dust, pollution or sound could enter your premises. Our installation supervisor will visit the site for a thorough inspection to ascertain that the site is clear of all debris and that no masonry or civil work is left or required and the site is ready for uPVC door or window installation. The process of installation will commence as soon as the site is clear of obstructions and is conducive to hassle free installation work.

Customer Service and End Support Practice

Customer service and satisfaction is not just a practice for us, it is a way of life. We strive to produce superior quality of products coupled with personalized customer service. All uPVC profiles of Greenline come with a 10 year warranty and 1 year warranty for hardware items used. In case of any unexpected problem, we have defined customer service practices in order to resolve the queries of all our customers in minimum possible time. We ensure that our expert technicians attend to each complaint within a maximum of 48 hours and resolve problems related to poor functioning or jammed locks and other operating problems, on immediate basis. In case of any parts replacement, or alignment issues we ensure to resolve the same within 72 hours and if due to some unforeseen factors where a part is not readily available, we ensure to keep our customers updated about the expected timelines.
